Another good online fitness guru who combines yoga, pilates and exercise is Sean Vigue . Sean is from Colorado and does these short intense exercise videos. He has an awesome catalogue of videos on his You Tube Channel . Well worth a look if you are interested in keeping fit by just doing bodyweight exercises which aren't to taxing on the body and won't cause any downtime like post workout soreness or muscle fatigue and affect all important time in the water when the waves do come. He also throws in a bit of "core work" every now and then , just to keep you on your toes...
