Big Demon

This is a custom for Mick B . Its a 6'10 by 22 by 2 3/4 ( volume  47 litres ) USC Demon model .

This is probably the biggest we can do a Stringerless USC model carbon rail surfboard . Sometimes we can do slightly bigger board it just depends on the model and are few other factors .

We used the newer version carbon rail tape (5 strand) as opposed to the 21 strand carbon hybrid rail tape  , its lighter more techy looking .

Both versions are still available on the USC boards . If you are interested in the finer details regarding the performance aspect , I made a video whilst I was in Japan explaining some of the materials in detail .  Click on that video link !

This one is set up as a Two plus one  ( Twin Fin ) . 

I also added a light single concave through the nose , to give it instant lift and speed . All in all the Demon has a flat entry rocker , which allows it to be user friendly board .

Set up as twin it will be a really fun style of board to ride . Especially at this Mid Length size range .
